CLASS 2 DIGITAL SIGNATURE

Steps for obtaining Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate / Renewal (Class – 2):

  • Download  Application Form  DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM (CLASS 2 INDIVIDUAL)- FILLABLE PDF format
  • a) Require *Attested copy of  PAN Card or Any photo Identity Proof  which may be Voter ID,Passport copy …(Pan card mandatory if you need for Income tax purpose)
    b) Require *Attested copy of any one of the latest bill of WATER / ELECTRICITY / POWER / TELEPHONE / VOTER’s ID CARD / DRIVING LICENSE/PASSPORT in the name for address confirmation. (as Proof of residence).
  • 1 Passport size photograph which needs to be self attested half on the application and half on the photograph.
  • Send the complete set of documents with a cheque of Rs.1500.00 in the name of M/S.
