CLASS 2 DIGITAL SIGNATURE
Steps for obtaining Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate / Renewal (Class – 2):
- Download Application Form DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM (CLASS 2 INDIVIDUAL)- FILLABLE PDF format
- a) Require *Attested copy of PAN Card or Any photo Identity Proof which may be Voter ID,Passport copy …(Pan card mandatory if you need for Income tax purpose)
b) Require *Attested copy of any one of the latest bill of WATER / ELECTRICITY / POWER / TELEPHONE / VOTER’s ID CARD / DRIVING LICENSE/PASSPORT in the name for address confirmation. (as Proof of residence).
- 1 Passport size photograph which needs to be self attested half on the application and half on the photograph.
- Send the complete set of documents with a cheque of Rs.1500.00 in the name of M/S. SAI CONSULTING SERVICE for digital signature with Auto e-pass 2003 valid for 2 years to #26, “TULASI HOUSE” NEAR HP PETROL PUMP,Nandini Layout,Bangalore-560096, Karnataka, India or email the scan copy to firstname.lastname@example.org to get the digital signature in 2-3 hours or call 09902977233
* All Documents Should to be Attested by Bank Manager or Gazetted Officer or Postmaster only.
These certificates are accepted for MCA 21, E-filing, e-Tendering, IT e-filing, online Banking, e-Governance, e-commerce,Formation of Limited Liability partnership in india etc..
